How I would use this website is to go to the jobs offered section and post a job similar to -
"nationwide cell phone company, powered by verizon wireless, new to the ________ area, as we do not do commercials we need representatives to spread the word for us. Please leave your name and number and I will get back to you ASAP to schedule an Interview."

Then at the interivew you will have your flip folder, you company magazine, and all the knowledge you received through your training to not only explain the company to your interviewee but to also to allow them a chance at this opportunity. Make sure that you get a yes or no. Yes's are good, No's are even better becuase that means they know what they want to do with their life, work a 9-5 job. What is going to kill your business is maybe's. Your going to have a lot of interviews and you dont want to be wasting your time following up with people who were indecisive or skeptical. what I say is that its easier to bring someone to life than to bring back the dead, and it goes the same for business.

Another way that you can get representatives is to get together with a local church, or go to a local hotel or find a way to use a large room where you can have a powerpoint / video presentation in the front. You see microsoft with the large powerpoint / speech and that is exatly what you need to do. Have all of the representatives under you invite as many prospects as you can to come view your business. It is very similar to the interview process however to a mass audience. Make sure that you have some of your new representatives speak so that they can see even the new members are having success. People nowadays almost have to have testimonial in order to do anything. number one rule. DO NOT LIE. I know my favorite quote is , the biggest weapon a small business has is the truth. Have the new members mention how they got trained, got their few hours in that week, and had a paycheck in the mail. Then you can have one of your leaders, at least a Vice president speak and maybe show a copy of his residual check. The truth will set you free and when they see that vice president if he is working making around 3,000 a month then they will see that this works. Emphasize that that 3,000 is only his/her residual check, they will still be getting their 4 weekly checks in the mail.
